In 2008, we expanded our operations and began supplying natural gas to SaskEnergy in Saskatchewan, further extending our reach and impact. Tim Cimmer, the founder and owner of Future Now Energy, is also originally from Saskatchewan.

Barry Knight is a highly experienced professional with almost 30 years of hands-on operating experience in the oil and gas industry, as well as extensive experience in production accounting. He has operated oil wells and batteries, natural gas wells, and compressor stations for notable companies such as Golden Eagle Oil and Gas and Westar Petroleum. Mr. Knight began his career as a financial accountant and tax preparer before enrolling in SAIT’s prestigious distance education program in 1994, where he completed and graduated with honors from the Production Accounting course and received the distinguished CAPPA designation.
In 1994, Mr. Knight founded his own business in financial and petroleum production accounting and has continued to serve clients in this capacity for many years. Since the late 1990s, he has co-owned numerous oil and gas well packages and has expertly operated the wells while handling all production reporting duties. Mr. Knight’s knowledge and expertise in production accounting have enabled him to decommission a gas well and continue to co-own a heavy oil well, which he hopes to revive in the near future.
Mr. Knight is well-respected in the industry and has developed strong relationships with many producers in his area. His practical knowledge and experience have been invaluable, and he has gained invaluable advice from their experience.
